Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them
  • Unworn, unwashed and unused
  • With all original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at contact@joarel.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

We will reply with confirmation and the return address.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Return Costs

We do not charge a return or restocking fee. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. Original shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact@joarel.com and include photos of the issue. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund. In these cases, we cover return shipping when applicable.

Exchanges

For exchanges (for example, a different size or colour), email contact@joarel.com and we will help you:

  • Confirm availability of the desired item
  • Organise the return of the original product
  • Arrange shipment of the replacement

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since our refund confirmation, please contact us at contact@joarel.com.
