Shipping & Processing Time

We ship orders as quickly as possible while keeping a careful eye on quality control.

  • In-stock items: orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 48 hours on business days.
  • Pre-order or out-of-stock items: shipping times are indicated on the product page. Typically, that's 7 to 10 days. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the item becomes available.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Free 14-Day Return*

We want you to feel confident when ordering from JOAREL. If something doesn’t feel quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for returns

  • The shirt must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging need to be included.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration may not be accepted.

Returns are free of charge on our side – we do not apply any restocking or handling fees.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number.
  2. Tell us whether you prefer a refund or an exchange (and which size/colour you’d like, if applicable).
  3. We’ll share the return address and simple instructions to send your item back.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.
